Signature Nursing, Inc. can guide you through the process of selecting your preferred caregiver through its Consumer Direct Care Service Provider Program. We also participate in the Medicaid Waiver Program for Agency Directed Care. All of our staff are considered highly-qualified. They also receive additional training that is uniquely tailored to each client they serve. After the initial assessment, an individualized care plan is developed to meet the needs of the client as well as to assist them in their basic and instrumental activities of daily living such as:
- Meal preparation
- Grocery shopping
- Companionship
- Laundry
- Assisting and escorting to doctor’s appointments
- Light cleaning (Common areas in the home)
